Fredensborg/Hørsholm, 10 August 2026 — Tronex A/S today announces the acquisition of B.J.M. Elektronik ApS, bringing together two Danish electronics manufacturing companies with a shared focus on quality, flexibility and close customer partnerships.
The acquisition is a strategic step in Tronex’ continued development as a strong Danish EMS partner. In the first half of 2026, Tronex acquired CYTech in Thailand and established Tronex (Thailand) Co. Ltd. to expand its production capacity in general and local presence specific. The acquisition of B.J.M. fits naturally into this long-term strategy by combining complementary capabilities and strengthening the ability to support customers with reliable, flexible and technically competent electronics manufacturing services.
For customers, suppliers and employees, the key message is continuity. It is business as usual, with the same commitment to quality, dialogue and dependable cooperation that has characterised B.J.M. for many years. Tronex will build on this foundation while giving customers access to broader capacity, technical competencies and production capabilities in Denmark and Thailand.
